So if I'm not supposed to think, what is my brain supposed to be doing? I've come up with : daydreaming, free associating. Thinking involves the waking rational mind. Daydreaming, free associating involves the unconscious, like following the rabbit down the hole even if, especially if, it doesn't make sense.
